Water Filtration can be done Mechanically, Electronically or Chemically.

Mechanical Filtration: This is a process in which contaminants in a waste stream are filtered or screened out. This method is effective in preventing particles, even very tiny ones like mud and sludge, from moving downstream.

Electro-Coagulation: This is a very effective process that removes suspended solids, emulsified oils and heavy metals from wastewater. Electro-coagulaton uses low-voltage DC current too effectively neutralize the charges of the contaminants allowing them to coagulate and separate from the waste stream.

Chemical Injection: This is a process of injecting chemicals into a moving waste stream to clean the water. Often referred to as coagulation and flocculation, this process uses small pumps to meter in precise amounts of chemicals into a waste stream.



COAG2-20A - Water Treatment System

A proprietary (patent pending) water treatment system that incorporates chemical coagulation and chemical
flocculation technology. This system features industrial grade components and is simple to use and maintain,
but is highly effective for treating a broad range of waste streams including suspended solids and emulsified
oils. This system will automatically process water and move it downstream so that no standing water is retained
within the system after processing is complete. Water is processed on a batch-feed, continual basis.

IPF2-20D - Indexing Polishing Filter

The IPF solids dewatering unit utilizes inexpensive fabric media to filter out solid particles.
Fabric paper, which is supplied in 5, 20, and 50 micron sizes, is automatically indexed onto a recessed
conveyor belt made of high tensile, non-metallic material. As water and solid particles drain through the fabric
paper, solids are retained by the fabric paper. As the fabric paper blinds over, the water level will rise, a float will actuate a
drive motor and gear system, the conveyer belt will index forward allowing the spent paper to fall into a collection container
and new paper to index onto the conveyor belt. The IPF can be applied for pretreatment, post treatment, or as a stand alone
treatment system.

CLP - Totally Automated Wash-Water Recycling Systems

The CLP-7034 and 5024 are the standard models of the automated wash-water recycling systems. They are totally automated using a digital sequencer to monitor and control the filtering, recirculating, filter backwashing and sludge dumping functions. Other CLP features include:

ALPHA - Top-Of-The-Line, Industrial Oil and Water Seperator

The Alpha is a highly effective above-ground oil-water separator, designed to discharge wash water to the sanitary sewer at rates of up to 30 GPM.
The genius of the Alpha is the proprietary “maze” design of up to 1000 sq. ft. of inclined coalescing plates which draw oils
